“I’ve been going to Gwyn’s class for over a year and have seen a vast improvement with the lower back pain I’ve experienced for years. I’ve experienced online Pilates classes but face-to-face is significantly better. Gwyn will always check that i am in the right position and performing the moves correctly. The class has a great atmosphere. I go at my own pace but i’m challenged every week.“
